Fall is here!

Quinn got a new hat for the fall weather here in Pittsburgh. She really likes the hat.






Just to let everyone know that doesn't know JR, Juliette, and Jackson, Jackson's open heart surgery was very successful and he may be home within a few weeks. Continue to pray for Jackson and their family as they are in the recovery stage.

The Bumbo

Quinn tried out the Bumbo today; she really liked it. She sat there before the Steelers monday night game; she wanted a Yuengling, but wasn't allowed. Also, she was showing off her little toes while she was getting her diaper changed. Finally, her mama and her are seen lounging on the couch.






On a serious note, one of my college roommates (J.R.) and his wife had a son, Jackson, last week, and he had to have open heart surgery today. He had transposition of the great vessels (aorta and pulmonary artery were switched; this is a congenital defect). Please keep this little guy in your thoughts and prayers.

Unfortunately, she had to get 5 shots at the doctor's office today :(
She weighed 10 lbs., 10 ozs. and was in the 50 percentile in all catagories!


This isn't a very happy photo of her, but we just had to take a picture because it is such a cute outfit that she will outgrow any day now. We tried to get her to smile, but no deal...

Two months old today!

Hey everyone, sorry it has been so long since we posted anything, but this has been a busy month. Quinn went on her first plane trip to South Carolina and then went on vacation to the beach in Kitty Hawk, NC.

Here she is with Katherine; she and Charley (sp?) came to visit us in Columbia from Athens, GA.
